Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products/services and identify sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize prospects for follow-up.
  • Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and sales activities using CRM software.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Build rapport with prospects through personalized communication and understanding their specific needs.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

Sales Support & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide sales support by scheduling appointments, sending product literature, and coordinating follow-up activities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track sales activities, leads generated, and conversion rates to measure performance against targets.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness.
