Cloud Security Architect who is passionate about designing and building secure Cloud platforms. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the State’s Cloud environments - Azure, GCP and AWS–meet or exceed applicable requirements and design best practices. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable working alone or within group environments, partnering with distributed teams to help construct and maintain the State’s Cloud infrastructure. Specifically, this candidate will help lead efforts to implement security patterns with orchestration and automation tools that automate the secure configuration, verification, compliance, and authorization of systems. • Creation of secure design patterns for Cloud applications hosted within AWS, Azure and GCP

• Administrator certifications in Azure and/or AWS
• In depth knowledge of on-premises networking as well as the hybrid connectivity to AWS and/or Azure (via Direct Connect and/or ExpressRoute)
Requirements:
• Must pass an extensive background check.
• 3-5 years of experience as a System Engineer and/or Cloud Engineer with hands on experience dealing with implementation, security, and standards/best practices in a hybrid enterprise cloud hosting environment (AWS and Azure).

The IntranetApps application was built with ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to function in both as an Individual and as part of a team.
The successful applicant must be capable of meeting or exceeding challenging deadlines while performing daily duties that will include:
• Analysis, design, coding, and testing of application code.
