The Senior Cloud Application Architect, will be involved in the design, implementation, and management of technology-based business solutions to meet business and technical requirements. In addition, be accountable for analyzing and designing the infrastructure architecture.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust software application architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, enterprise standards and industry best practices.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS Cloud architecture, focusing on performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for adopting new tools and technologies to improve our technology stack.
• Communicate with all parties involved including senior management, developers, architects, and end users, who may be based in different locations and time zones.
• Coordinate with and responsible for communicating with other teams within vendors as needed.

Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience developing IT application architecture solutions for organization's business concerns.
• Demonstrated experience in Core Java / J2EE technologies such as concurrency, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate etc., and Python programming languages.
• Extensive expertise in web technologies particularly ReactJS and related frameworks.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience and in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Extensive working knowledge of Cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud architecture, including EC2, S3,RDS, LAMBDA etc.
• Proficiency in messaging frameworks including Kafka, JMS,MQ, and Active MQ.

Program/Project managers role and responsibility includes, but is not limited to:
- Provide Enterprise program/project management for project activities to ensure that the program/project is completed on time, within budget and within scope.
- Thorough understanding of IT Infrastructure Technology and a good understanding of industry standard processes related to IT Infrastructure.

The Project Manager leads the project team responsible for achieving the project objectives. The PM plans, manages, and communicates project activities ensuring the project is delivered according to the project scope, schedule, and budget as defined in the project charter.
This role, as part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), works closely with Services management and technical teams as well as with Automation Managers and business teams in the delivery of the project while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

This is a position as a senior developer supporting Transportation lines of business, specifically mobile problem domains. The selected candidate will work with the agency’s development teams, program delivery areas, and business partners to complete system and data analysis for mobile application products. The analysis review will include many systems, manual process artifacts, and data stores with the focus on finding gaps in service and redundancy in both functionality and data for current systems and processes. Based on the evaluation, the selected candidate will design, prototype, and develop back-end functionality and API end points for use by mobile applications and aligned mobile-browser based solutions. Work products will meet agency standards in relation to efficient functionality delivery, data reliability, and engaging customer experiences.
Specific Duties:
