The client is looking for a HMIS System Administrator to assist with reporting requirements, resolve data quality problems, ensure compliance with HMIS standards and procedures, and implement HMIS’s Learning Management System for Users and Agencies.

The HMIS system, Eccovia Client Track, is a web-based platform that house’s four Continuum’s of Care and over 500 end users.

Maintaining Data Quality

• Evaluates and tests database upgrades to new versions while preserving data integrity.

• Resolve user requests (tickets) related to data quality or standard operations.

• Monitor data quality and compliance.

Assisting with Reports

• Assist team members with ad hoc queries and reports for users.

• Assist with development of and maintaining queries and reports.

• Assists in compiling data in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Manage Learner Management System (LMS):

• Create and Review HMIS user curriculum on LMS platform: TALENT.

• Manage User learner objectives/results.

• Incorporate multiple learner styles and methods.

Desired Experience/Skills:

• Familiar with Talent.

• Data Management background.

• HMIS experience.

• Continuum of Care Experience.
