• Detailed review of technical specifications and list of makes of the projects to understand the project requirements.
• Prepare the system architecture indicating a clear scope of work with interface details for the Fire Alarm System.
• Prepare the Design calculations sheet and Bill of Materials suiting the specifications and standards required.
• Prepare technical product catalogues as per AVL to get product approval during the bidding stage.
• Prepare commercial proposal and deviation list based on AVL and technical specifications.
• Effective co-ordination with inter-disciplinary, vendors & clients for any clarification to prepare the cost-effective proposal.
• Value engineering to show the cost optimization.
• Document lessons learned from issues identified by the engineering and commissioning team and implement actions to improve the estimation.
• Tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
