Client is looking for someone who has hands on experience with Guardium and database security.

As a Salesforce/CRM Tester, you’ll be comfortable with Testing salesforce applications and utilizing Azure DevOps fordesigning, maintaining,and executing test casesfor the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team at the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Work in an agile environment and understand agile methodologies.

• Participate in vendor requirement sessions with customersand understand the requirements and be comfortable writing Test Plans/Test Suites in Azure DevOps and easily maintainable for SOM.

• Work with the customer, vendor, and Development Team to define Test scripts based on requirements for new projects and any future enhancements.

• Proficiency in interpreting requirements/user stories and writing test cases using Azure DevOps.

• Participate in defining and designing activities of the project engagement, to ensure a full understanding of client requirements prepared by the project team.

• Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments of the applications used by the enterprise.

• Strong hands-on experience in writing positive and native test cases in Azure DevOps as per Salesforce Application needs.

• Identify automation framework and make recommendations for improvements.

• Familiarity with testing salesforce service cloud, including web services and Rest API, SOAP API, and Bulk API, using tools like SoapUI, Postman, or similar applications.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements.

• Develops and writes automated test scripts and plans to ensure that software functions as expected.

• Work with test engineers to implement new automation scripts and diagnose problems with existing scripts in a Continuous Integration environment.

• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and automation testing tools.

Azure DevOps for QA Tester:

• Document and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects through to resolution in Azure DevOps.

• Ensure full traceability between test scripts, results, and client requirements.

• Maintain and enhance existing test scripts.

• Azure DevOps experience with Prepare Test Suites.

• Providing administrative support to the Chief of Medical Services

• Assist with daily administrative operations in the Division of Children’s Medical Services as directed by the Department.

• Assist Bureau grant managers and Admin and Management Costs Managers with grant closeout activities as directed

• Reconcile expenditures, quarterly reports, and insurance reviews

FOUR HANDED DENTAL TECHNIQUE

• Will review medical history with the patient/guardian and take blood pressure

• Will complete the signs and symptoms and objective data of the SOAP notes and write up in the computer notes

• Will use proper barrier techniques

• Will pass instruments while correctly retracting tongue and/or cheek and while suctioning

• Will coordinate assisting methods, activities and actions with dentist’s actions

• Will adjust equipment and light source as needed by dentist

• Will mix restorative materials and cements

PROPER OPERATORY SETUP

• Will ensure instruments and equipment are out and in place before patient arrives

RADIOGRAPHS:

• Will maintain radiographic certification as licensed by the Board of Professional Regulations

This position will function as the Test Analyst for Agency Services supporting client.Vital Records exists to register, preserve, and issue certified copies of vital records. This includes birht, death, fetal death, marriage, and divorce certifictes for all events that occur in Michigan. Vital statistics are compiled from these event registries and from Michigan's Central Cancer Registry and Birth Defects Registry, to support publich health, policy, and biomedical research.

The Test Analyst will support all test activities for EDRS, BRS, and VERA applications in terms of communications to and from the Lead Business Analysts and ensuring through the Lead Test Analyst that key test issues are managed or escalated as necessary. Additionally, will produce reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for quality assurance testing assignments and deliverables as required.

Position Summary:

This role is on the CIP Data Analytics Program (CDAP) Team which is responsible for producing a variety of processes, applications, and reports to support client.The CDAP Team deliverables support data migration, automation and analytics that enable leaders to assess cyber threats, comprehend risk exposure, and direct staff on priorities and risk mitigation across the client's IT investment in over 20,000+ servers, 80,000+ workstations, mobile devices, etc.  The ideal candidate is very strong in PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL Server.  This candidate should also be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite in general (OneNote, SharePoint, etc.)  Some experience in .Net and Python is preferred.

Primary responsibilities:

• Actively participate and collaborate with the CIP Data Analytics Program (CDAP) team and others.

• Contribute to the development of standards including user interface design, information architecture, naming conventions, labeling, etc.

Position Purpose:

A ServiceNow Product Specialist (Developer) is needed within the Office of Administration, Technical Business Office (TBO). The individual will work in the IT Service Management bureau, in the Service Management Automation and Integration section. The individual will focus primarily on ServiceNow development and administration via configuration, implementation, and integrations that must occur to support service projects needed to execute the TBO ITSM Services Strategy and Roadmap.

Position Description:

The Product Specialist will provide technical development and environment execution of the ServiceNow product. The Product Specialist requires expert experience and skills in the ServiceNow product on which ServiceNow is implemented. Knowledge and skills required are as follows:

• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs

Certification by ServiceNow as a ServiceNow Certified Developer is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.

The resource will be pivotal in designing, executing, and managing our cloud projects to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. The position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, architecture design, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. Not having a cloud Engineer on the team will impact the MDSS modernization project and support needed post-implementation..
