Senior Programmer/Analyst: Design, implementation, and delivery of system and software architecture designs, strategies, and quality assurance plans. Client wishes to enhance an existing application that facilitates the Administration of Business Taxes (generally known as STARS.)

The host system is Oracle based (implemented with PSRM) using a front-end system hosted by the Business Gateway (Gateway) commonly referred to as WebUI.

For this role Client is looking for resources that have superior JAVA development skills. The resources must also have relevant solution development experience to include development and support of Web Services.

The same candidate must be able to architect, design, and develop solutions (front end, back end, as well as batch.) The ideal candidate will have experience working with STARS related products (i.e. PSRM, PeopleSoft, DataStage, WebSphere ESB)
